Know that both of you are getting an effective program that is customized to each person's goals and needs

  • Each program consists of 3 different workouts 

  • All programs are changed and progressed every 4 to 6 weeks to ensure there are no plateaus

  • We will reassess both people to track body stats and performance testing progress
